Therefore, make sure to take at least one extra bottle with you!! \- Please also get in touch with the hut wardens along your route to get the latest information. **Timing of your trip:** \- Set off early in the morning so that temperatures do not get too high, and make sure to take a hat with you. We also recommend using a good sun cream. **Choosing a route:** \- Opt for routes that are largely through woodland to provide natural shade, or pay attention to the location of the hiking and mountain trails in relation to the sun’s rays.
