The path of mindfulness runs through the gentle and equally wild heart of Upper Austria in a 96-kilometer loop. Five stages await participants from the mountaineering village of Grünau im Almtal to the Brunnental, Steyrtal and Kremstal valleys. On the paths along the crystal-clear Alm and Steyr rivers, you get into the flow of walking and are touched by the mountain world. Walking at walking pace through the forests and meadows of the Krems Valley gives you time to walk (within yourself). You will encounter power spots, spiritual places, heavenly views and impulses that increase your mindfulness step by step. Make your next group vacation with this offer with a guided, spiritual hike with Sabina Haslinger. On the first day, you will arrive at the House of Mindfulness in Grünau im Almtal. On the second day, the first stage leads from the House of Mindfulness to the Almtalerhaus in the mountaineering village of Grünau im Almtal. The next day, the route continues into the Brunnental valley to Steyrling and on to Klaus, where you will spend the night at Klaus Castle. From there, the tour continues to Schlierbach and the SPES Hotel. The penultimate stage then leads us over the Magdalenaberg to Viechtwang, up to the GOMDE - the international Buddhist center in Scharnstein.
