Around the House of Mindfulness in Grünau, we spend days together in movement, in exchange and in an inspiring landscape. Forests, water, mountains and quiet places in the Almtal provide the ideal setting to recharge your batteries and clear your thoughts. The seminar is led by an experienced hiking guide and happiness coach. She combines well-guided, varied hikes with well-founded impulses from happiness training. The result is a harmonious combination of experiencing nature, personal development and time together in a group. The focus is on discovering your personal place of happiness - a place where you feel at ease, find peace and gain new perspectives. Perhaps you will find it in the open air. Perhaps it will be inside you. This seminar is aimed at anyone who is looking for a more intensive break and is prepared to consciously take time for themselves over several days. Some hiking experience is desirable, a good basic level of fitness and enjoyment of movement in nature are definitely an advantage.
