Long Night of Industrial Culture on September 7th, 2023: Be there when industrial companies and museums open their doors in the Traunsee-Almtal region and captivate guests with an exciting supporting program.
Papermaker's museum: In the papermaker's museum, you will learn everything about the history and production of paper and also have the opportunity to make paper yourself.
Boat trip on the Traunsee: Come on board the Traunseeschifffahrt and discover the Traunsee from its most beautiful side! During the boat trip, the captain tells interesting facts about the region and the surrounding landscape.
With the Traunsee Tram through the region: Enjoy a leisurely ride through the region and look forward to a stop at an inn where you can tast the regional dish "Bratl". The second stop is at the Schloss Eggenberg brewery, where a guided tour and beer tasting await you.
Gmundner ceramics: The famous green flamed pattern is known far beyond the borders of the region and on a guided tour through the factory you will learn more about the production of the unique pieces and can then explore the sales room and buy one or the other piece.

In accordance with the Travel Agency Security Ordinance (RSV), customer monies for package tours offered by the tour operator Tourismusverband Traunsee-Almtal are secured under the following conditions: The down payment is made at the earliest eleven months before the agreed end of the trip and amounts to 20 percent of the travel price. The remaining payment is made at the earliest 20 days before the start of the trip - step by step against delivery of the travel documents to the traveler. Deposits or final payments made in excess of this or ahead of schedule may not be demanded. Deposits or remaining payments are only secured to the extent that the tour operator is entitled to receive them. The security amount will be used primarily to satisfy payments received in accordance with the regulations.
