Welcome to Gesund Werk

Your place for holistic wellbeing through yoga, meditation and gentle, complementary approaches.Sometimes it doesn’t take a major intervention, but rather a gentle nudge. A space where body and mind can find peace, where tension and emotions can be released, and where a new sense of balance can emerge.

My practice for holistic health combines three approaches:

**°Yoga**

**°Meditation and mindfulness training**

**°Emotional Touch**

(a combination of Cranio-Sacral Balancing and other methods)
