 Basket weaver and instructor

Marianne Hofstätter’s willow weaving workshop is largely a mobile operation that joyfully and enthusiastically shares the art of weaving with people who are equally curious and eager to learn how to work with willow and other natural materials.

It’s a beautiful—though at times also challenging—journey until you’ve discovered willow and its qualities, and found pure life within it……
