At the moor biotope we draw moor water to drink, in the moor chapel we learn the healing story and have the opportunity to meditate. The huge moor birches and oaks are ideal places to recharge your batteries. We walk a bit barefoot on the moor trail and observe what is going on inside us. Here we also get to know the typical vegetation. We experience the healing effects and possible uses of trees and plants and take a taste or two. The inhabitants of the moor, such as the fieldfare, swamp reed warbler, whinchat, nuthatch and oriole are also researched. At the end of the tour through the Gmöser Moor we explore the peat cutting area. We get to know the healing effects of the moor, especially for our musculoskeletal system.
