**Living management means juggling and conjuring at the same time**

Juggling several things at the same time is already part of the self-image of managers. This drains both mental and physical strength. **In the "Waldness" relaxation concept**

the relaxation-seeking manager chooses his programme individually, he experiences nature alone or with the help of personal coaches or in small groups in Waldness weeks.
