To explore the beauty of the region and the fascinating landscape and culture around the rivers, there are two options.
On the one hand, the hike from the Almspitz in Bad Wimsbach-Neydharting can be completed either along the Traun to the Traunsee in Gmunden or along the Alm to the Almsee in Grünau im Almtal.
The direct connection to the traffic of the two paths also makes it possible to hike individual stages depending on your mood. Either way, the two river hiking trails offer breathtaking impressions that should not be missed.

In accordance with the Travel Agency Security Ordinance (RSV), customer monies for package tours offered by the tour operator Tourismusverband Traunsee-Almtal are secured under the following conditions: The down payment is made at the earliest eleven months before the agreed end of the trip and amounts to 20 percent of the travel price. The remaining payment is made at the earliest 20 days before the start of the trip - step by step against delivery of the travel documents to the traveler. Deposits or final payments made in excess of this or ahead of schedule may not be demanded. Deposits or remaining payments are only secured to the extent that the tour operator is entitled to receive them.
