Mobility in the region

What does mobility mean?

For some, mobility means getting from A to B, for others it means much more; namely freedom and safety.

For us, mobility means combining all these things and making your journey as pleasant and easy as possible. We recommend that you travel by public transport and also take a holiday from your own car. On this page you will find information about all the possibilities to get around in our region by public transport such as train, bus, Traunstein Taxi and many more.

Traffic information due to renovation of the B 145 state road 7 April and 11 April 2025

Due to the high volume of traffic, the entire construction work will be carried out daily from 6:00 am to 7:00 pm with one-way traffic.

Traffic travelling in the direction of Bad Ischl can pass the construction site unhindered.

Road users travelling in the direction of Vöcklabruck will be diverted from the Ebenzweier junction in the Altmünster area via Aurachtal back to Salzkammergutstraße.
Outside of the daytime working hours from 7.00 pm to 6.00 am, traffic will be able to pass through the roadworks area in both directions thanks to traffic light control. The work will take place between 7 April and 11 April 2025. Residents of Altmünster and Gmunden are asked to prioritise using the municipal road network during the construction work in order to avoid traffic jams and long waiting times. All other road users are advised to follow the signposted diversions to ensure a smooth flow of traffic.

This also affects the OÖVV bus routes 505 and 507!

In the period from 7 April - 11 April 2025, bus line 505 runs and starts at Gmunden Toscanapark and bus line 507 runs all courses via Altmünster Hasenau!

We ask for your understanding!
