Can you cycle around the Traunsee?

No you can not go around the whole Traunsee, but you can go from Gmunden to Ebensee and take the bike with the Traunseeschifffahrt and go from Ebensee to the Hois'n Wirt by boat or by train you can also go back to Gmunden.

Is it possible to cycle around the Almsee? 

Unfortunately, cycling around the Almsee is not permitted. You are welcome to use the road along the west side of the lake to Gasthof Seehaus with your bike or e-bike. From the north shore of Almsee you can also branch off onto the BergeSeen eTrail in the direction of Offensee.
