Our family business
Our farm is located at 600m above sea level and is fully farmed organically. In addition to dairy and forestry, we pay great attention to fruit processing, especially to brandies and liqueurs. Grain brandy has also been allowed to be produced since 1940, as Karl Wallner acquired the 300 liter Maria Theresa distillery right.
Our specialties - brandies & liqueurs Brandies: The types of fruit obtained from our orchard are mashed as pure as possible and fermented without additives. With the help of our column distillery, we are able to produce perfect brandies. Liqueurs: Our in-house fruits are made exclusively with the grain brandy we produce. Organic raw sugar is added for sweetening.
