Cinema Ebensee

What began as a relaxed group of young musicians and writers in the late 1970s has evolved over the past 30 years from programming arts and culture events to a diverse cinema operation interspersed with numerous contemporary cultural events. The Ebensee Cinema is run with great idealism by the cultural association and is a venue for high-quality film screenings and exciting events, especially concerts. Major artists from the music scene, such as Wir sind Helden, Suzanne Vega, Cave, Shy, and many others, have performed there.

The cinema can be reached by phone on screening days (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) from half an hour before the screening until the end of the screening, and approximately two hours before the start of concerts.
