The Traunseetram connects the district capital of Gmunden with the municipalities of Gschwandt, Kirchham, and Vorchdorf, and serves as a vital link for regional commuters, students, and tourists. Thanks to the merger of the former Traunseebahn and the Gmunden streetcar into today’s Traunseetram, you can travel from Vorchdorf to Gmunden’s main train station and from there to the rest of the world. For now, though, just hop on, give it a try, and explore the region with the Traunseetram!

Gmunden’s downtown area, the swimming area, the steamboat pier, the Grünberg cable car, local restaurants, the Salzkammergut Shopping Park, and Gmunden Station (ÖBB) are now quickly and conveniently accessible from the surrounding communities.
