The flat is situated at the foot of the Gmundnerberg and offers panoramic views of the lake. It is on the ground floor, measures 45 m², and features a bathroom, toilet, kitchen, bedroom and a living room with cable TV.

The flat is situated in a quiet location near the woods and has four windows with insect screens, as well as a patio door with an insect screen.

The 20 m² garden terrace is perfect for relaxing and offers a magnificent view of the lake and mountains. Use of the garden is included.

The flat also has two cable TVs. There is an electricity pylon nearby, but it has never caused any disturbance to anyone.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, toaster, electric hob and integrated fridge with freezer compartment. Crockery, glasses, cutlery, plates and baking utensils are also provided. The price includes bed linen, tea towels and sponges, as well as washing-up liquid and kitchen roll.

The bathroom/WC has a window and is fitted with a fly screen.

A pick-up service from Altmünster railway station is available.

The centre of Altmünster is a 10-minute walk away, and the lake is a 20-minute walk away. The Landgasthof Hocheck is just a 5-minute walk away.
