The vacation home for up to 8 people (6 sleeping places) is situated on a hill at the edge of the forest with a view of the Langbathtal and Feuerkogel. Very sunny, particularly quiet south-facing slope at the southern end of the Traunsee. The house has a total living area of approx. 200 m2 !!!

The house has a large terrace and green area. On the ground floor there is an eat-in kitchen, living room with pull-out couch, bathroom with bathtub and shower and separate WC. From the dining area you have direct access to the new 16m² balcony made of local larch. On the 1st floor there is a large living room with a wood-burning stove, 3 bedrooms and a WC. Bed and table linen are provided. The garden has garden furniture and a Weber barbecue.

The house is not barrier-free - the last approx. 80m to the house are only accessible on foot. There is no snow clearance in winter. The village center and the train station are approx. 0.5 km away. The nearest public bathing area is approx. 1 km away and the Langbathsee and Offensee lakes are 8-13 km away.
