Every Wednesday from 5 pm, the Hochberghaus is transformed into a paradise for rib fans. Juicy, marinated, oven-fresh spare ribs await you - crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. Served with a spicy bacon and cabbage salad, toasted brown bread and two delicious homemade sauces.
