Explore the Traunsee from the ship and enjoy the picturesque views of the mountains and places around the lake. From the water you have a unique view of Traunkirchen. Look forward to the Lion Monument, the Spitzvilla, the Marienschlössel and the historic Johannesberg.
Please note that the boat trip cannot take place in the event of a storm warning or flood.
Arrival Information:
CAR:
Westautobahn A1 - exit Regau ( exit 224 ) - Salzkammergutbundesstraße B 145 to Traunkirchen.
TRAIN:
Westbahn (line 1) - change trains in Attnang Puchheim - Salzkammergut platform (line 21) to Traunkirchen Bahnhof or Traunkirchen Haltestelle (centre).
Please note the timetable, as not all trains stop in Traunkirchen Ort (www.oebb.at)
BUS:
from Linz (line 2031): via Wels, Lambach, Gmunden to Traunkirchen
from Salzburg (line 3000 and 2031): via St. Gilgen, Bad Ischl to Traunkirchen
Requirements: Only in good weather! Navigation does not take place during storm warnings or high water!
