Hatschatal Carnival Committee - Carnival Kickoff

11:11 a.m. in front of Gmunden City Hall, free admission

The Hatschatal Carnival Committee and the Gmunden Carnival Guild, together with the Municipality of Gmunden, invite you to the opening of the carnival season, featuring the handing over of the key by Mayor Mag. Stefan Krapf

on Wednesday, November 11, 26, at 11:11 a.m. in front of Gmunden City Hall.

At 11:11 a.m., Mayor Stefan Krapf will hand over the affairs of city government and a symbolic key to City Hall to the Hatschatal Carnival Parade Committee and the Gmunden Carnival Guild at Gmunden City Hall.
The Carnival Committee and the Gmunden Carnival Guild will deliver a carnival message. This carnival ceremony will be accompanied by music from a delegation of the Gmunden City Band.
Afterward, Mayor Krapf and the committee members will hand out free carnival doughnuts to visitors in front of City Hall.

The next major Hatschataler Carnival Parade will take place on February 7, 2027!
