The moor bath Neydharting, which lies on the edge of a very rare fen, is known far beyond the borders. The new archaeological museum "Tempus" offers a very interesting insight into the early history up to the Romans with numerous finds, including the Roman excavation site "Villa Rustica". After all, Bad Wimsbach-Neydharting is considered the cradle of iron extraction in Europe. The “Hackenschmiede” open-air museum also shows living history. Both museums are right in the center and can also be easily reached by train.
After a short hike in Bad Wimsbach-Neydharting, we recommend cider taverns, inns or the coffee house in the middle of the village square.
