No, you can't circumnavigate the entire Lake Traunsee, but you can cycle from Gmunden to Ebensee and take your bike with you on the Traunseeschifffahrt and enjoy a boatride from Ebensee to the "Hois'n Wirt" inn. From there you can cicle back to Gmunden.
Alternatively you can cycle to Ebensee and take the train back to Gmunden.

Unfortunately, cycling around the Almsee is forbidden. You are welcome to use the road along the west side of the lake to the "Gasthof Seehaus" inn with your bike or e-bike.
From the north shore of the Almsee you can also branch off on the "BergeSeen eTrail" in the direction of Offensee.
