- 1 x 50-minute physical therapy session in a small group (instruction in self-myofascial techniques)
- 1 x 20-minute Nordic walking session
- 1 detox yoga session
- 1 full-body massage (lymphatic drainage or connective tissue massage)
- 1 x therapeutic bath with various additives such as lavender, hay flowers, spruce needles, mountain herbs, or rosemary
- 1 x Final consultation with a doctor or dietitian
