Fishmaster am Lehenaufsatz

During the summer months, in good weather, we operate the well-known fish grill at the end of the Esplanade in Gmunden, the "Lehenaufsatz".

We offer fresh char from the surrounding lakes, prepared on the charcoal grill. Depending on the catch also other fish such as trout and whitefish, sea bass and sea bream. For meat tigers we offer daily giant cheesekrainer or crested steak. Small tip: Vicky's homemade potato salad goes perfectly with our grilled dishes :-) Our loyal regular customers now call the place "Fischwiesn".
