A warm welcome!

Our farm is situated near the Traunfall in the beautiful Salzkammergut region. There, we produce top-quality dairy products.

On our family farm, Thomas and Madeleine Eiersebner process ‘the best the cow has to offer’ in our very own little on-farm cheese dairy. Week after week, a wide variety of delicacies are lovingly handcrafted without any artificial colours or preservatives.

At ‘Bachtl z’ Nöstling’, as we’re known locally, Thomas and Madeleine Eiersebner place great importance on quality, animal welfare and the environment.

We look after our Fleckvieh herd with love and dedication – day in, day out – because we genuinely enjoy what we do.
