The luxurious Villa Unterswand seminar area consists of the stately salon, foyer with stone kitchen table, garden room, spacious veranda, exotic gardens and pool. 

The salon offers an extravagent ambience with 65m² for seminars, teambuilidng events, exclusive meetings and much more.

With 10 suites/boutique holiday flats as private retreats, the entire villa has space for 10 guests at
single occupancy and 22 guests at full occupancy, puls seminar leaders in the salon suite.
