The enchanting Traunsee Castle has its origins in a romantic love story. Philipp von Württemberg gave it to his beloved Archduchess Maria Theresia, granddaughter of Archduke Karl von Habsburg, as a wedding present. Today it is part of the BRG/BORG Schloss Traunsee and the festival rooms may be used for unforgettably beautiful celebrations.

The contact person for your wedding at the castle is the experienced wedding planner Gabi Socher, who has been the official 'Wedding Commissioner' of Schloss Traunsee since June 2021. Culinary delicacies, enchanting decorations or casual event equipment - your very individual wishes will be fulfilled.
