Founded in 1972 by Reinhold and Eleonore Paschinger, the company Lederbekleidung Paschinger can look back on a 45-year success story. The family business has always been committed to the traditional craft and so, even in the second generation, it is all about the processing of chamois, i.e. naturally tanned deer and doe leather.
Hardly any other craft is as inextricably linked to the Salzkammergut region as the Säckler craft. The genuine leather trousers made of chamois-tanned deerskin, or even the classic Janker, have never lost their value here in the region. Customers can experience this "up close and personal" in the truest sense of the word. By seeing, feeling, smelling, tasting and wearing our extremely high-quality products, our customers experience a piece of Austrian tradition and culture.
We see it as a mission to preserve tradition and this means equally responsibility. We implement ancient embroidery patterns with loving handwork. Also, each region has its own style. We convey the differences in colors, shapes and patterns in personal conversations.
Each of our works also bears the handwriting of its owner and thus becomes a true heirloom. At the same time we accompany our craft tradition into a modern future. This makes us creative, brings fun to work and gives pleasure.
Appointments are of course also possible outside normal opening hours.
