The origin of the cranio-sacral body work is osteopathy.

 The calm and gentle touch leads to a deep inner calm and to the activation of the body's natural self-healing powers. The cranio can be used in people of all ages to harmonize body, mind and soul. During the approximately 60-minute session, you lie comfortably clothed and on the lounger.
