Monday

The animals were brought to our slaughterhouse by the local farmers, so the transport is short and stress-free. The veterinarian will also be checked on the same day

Tuesday

Rough cutting of cattle and pigs for sausage production. For the contract processing of the farmers, the animals are disassembled and packed according to their wishes.

Wednesday and Thursday

All-day sausage production for own sale and contract processing Durable sausage & cooked sausages, raw sausage and cooked sausages (eg string sausage)

Friday

Fine dissection for your own sale.

Saturday

Fine cutting and sale, and sausage production if required.

Monday, 24th December 2018 open from 7:00 till 11:00 a.m.!!


Thursday 08.30 - 12.00
