Depending on the starting point and wind, the southern and / or northern part of the Traunsee can be used. There are many opportunities to sail on Traunsee, e.g. from the Gmundner bay, along the banks, past Traunstein, Traunkirchen and Sonnstein into the Ebenseer bay.
