The tennis section was founded in 1977 by members of WSV Scharnstein. In the first two years, the tennis facility and clubhouse were built.
The WSV has been taking part in the OÖTV championships for many years. From 2001 to 2016, the championship was held together with ASKÖ Grünau as SPG Almtal. From 2018 onwards we will start the championship again under WSV VB Scharnstein.
Our tennis facility consists of 3 clay courts, a hitting wall and a clubhouse with a cosy terrace that invites you to socialise.
