What is functional fitness?In functional fitness training, you always train your whole body. The workouts are roughly divided into the areas of gymnastics, endurance and strength training. Stop! Yes - this is also something for you.
You train with trained coaches who are always on hand if you have any questions. We train together as a group, but everyone can set their own pace and individual performance level.
During training - the so-called Workouts of the Day (WODs) - we address different areas of fitness. These include endurance, strength endurance, strength, flexibility, power, speed, balance, dexterity, coordination and accuracy of movement.
The special thing about functional fitness is the variety: varied exercises, group training and workouts that can be adapted to any fitness level.
