Words by Markus Moser: It is great fun to work with illusions, it is fun to deceive, to amaze, to amaze! Giving a body to things that are actually empty and therefore not real is interesting! The metal wire spans an empty body, creating a three-dimensional object. Often the wire structures appear like drawings made of metal - two-dimensional representations torn open in the plane - only on repeated viewing does the spatiality in the third dimension open up. Optical illusion? The wire line in space sometimes leads us quite by the nose, makes the eye err or drives it to form bodies from the lines. When metal wire spans an empty body, appearances become reality! The aspect is even more exciting when things that are actually hidden come into view; when you suddenly see objects that are inside another object - that is, locked or locked away - anyway. Like, for example, the contents in the supposed concealment of a bag! Especially the last idea - to "hide" absurd or forbidden things behind transparent borders - allows for many new ideas.
