We are a relatively small forestry operation, but our land has always been used very intensively.

The forest is our passion.

For years, we have been able to carry out all the work required on the estate ourselves. By avoiding the use of external contractors with heavy machinery, we are able to protect the soil. We use chainsaws extensively and carry out all thinning work by hand. Soil conservation is very important to us.

Our guiding principle is:

Look after your soil, and the soil will look after your trees!

For more than 20 years, we have been working very closely with the Gmunden Forestry Training Centre (FASt Ort ). The FASt uses our land for forestry training and further education. Thanks to this close contact, we are always kept up to date with the latest developments in forestry.

All timber produced is marketed regionally.
