Gutes von Dahoam

"Gutes von Dahoam" is a charity that works to promote the availability of regional, organic and healthy local produce in the Rüstorf/Schwanenstadt area of Upper Austria.

Together, we can make a positive difference and find greater happiness and contentment. Let us learn to appreciate once again the quality of our farmers’ produce and the flavours of our local region. Through the environmentally sustainable cultivation of healthy, unprocessed food and the preservation of biodiversity, we can enjoy ‘the best of our local produce’.

It is particularly important that we change our consumption habits and initiate a counter-movement in this regard. We aim to create the right conditions to enable local farmers in our community to supply milk, meat, vegetables and much more. As a not-for-profit organisation, we aim to offer our fellow citizens the simplest possible way to purchase a wide variety of regional products, thereby creating an attractive alternative to what is on offer in supermarkets. We can safeguard our independence from large corporations and reduce our vulnerability to food scandals.
