The Vorchdorf fire brigade has around 70 members (including 8 youth members). The following subject areas are represented in the voluntary fire brigade in Vorchdorf: respiratory protection, motorway, turntable ladder and explosive devices.

In the fire brigade museum you can experience a piece of Vorchdorf history - exhibits from 1876 to the present day

Careful handling of equipment and documents for generations led to the basic idea of ​​a fire brigade museum in 1998. On May 23, 2003, a small but fine museum was opened. With the construction of the security center in 2013, a new suitable location for the fire brigade museum had to be found. Since the museum could no longer be integrated into the fire station, a new building was built for it at the rear. Thanks to various subsidies and some sponsors as well as the enormous contribution of FF Vorchdorf, the new museum was officially opened on October 27, 2013.
