With the action-packed pump track behind the sports field, the people of Vorchdorf have an additional opportunity to be physically active after school or work and at weekends. Children and adults alike can train their balance, dexterity, coordination and motor skills.

We are very pleased that after intensive work and many volunteer hours, the Vorchdorf Pumptrack has been in operation since 12 October 2022 and people are already busy cycling, pumping and jumping.

The official opening will take place next year as part of the 50th anniversary celebrations of the Friends of Nature.

How it works: By alternately pushing and pulling (pumping), riders can maintain and increase their speed on the pump track without having to pedal. Vehicles: Whether with a casual bike, skateboard or scooter, there is enough space for everyone.

The Intersport Pumptrack Vorchdorf is suitable for all muscle-powered sports equipment with wheels or rollers such as bicycles (especially BMX and dirt bikes, skateboards, scooters, roller skates and running wheels).

Admission: Free of charge and open to all Helmet requirement.

Additional protective equipment is strongly recommended

We recommend travelling by public transport!

by train: via Wels station to Lambach station, with the Vorchdorferbahn (line 160) or from Gmunden with the Traunsee Tram (line 161) of Stern & Haferl Bahnen to Vorchdorf Eggenberg station. Numerous connections from Wels station to the main trains on the Westbahn line (line 101) or via Gmunden to the Salzkammergutbahn in the direction of Bad Ischl, Hallstatt and Bad Aussee.

by bus: OÖVV bus lines 481 from Kirchdorf to Vorchdorf or 501 from Wels to Vorchdorf

by car: Westautobahn A1: Vienna - Voralpenkreuz-A1 - Exit A1 Vorchdorf Westautobahn A1: Munich - Salzburg - Exit A1 Vorchdorf Inntal motorway A8 Passau - Wels - Voralpenkreuz A1 - exit A1 Vorchdorf From the centre of Vorchdorf (Schwarzelmüller car park you will immediately come to Almuferweg, which leads through Vorchdorf).

If you are coming to the pump track by car or moped, please park it at the sports field car park. Please follow the way to the Pump Track on foot or by bike!

The best thing is to come directly to us by bike!
