We recommend travelling by public transport or by bike!
by train:
Next Intercity stop Wels Hbf (ÖBB and Westbahn), change to the regional trains in the direction of Attnang-Puchheim to Lambach station.
Change to the ‘Vorchdorfer Bahn’ (line 160) from Stern & Hafferl to Bad Wimsbach-Neydharting station or, coming from Vorchdorf, connect to the Traunseetram to Gmunden.
Continue by bus from Lambach station or the SKGT shuttle service from Bad Wimsbach-Neydharting station
by bus:
OÖVV bus route 501 Wels - Fischlham - Steinerkirchen - Eberstalzell - Spieldorf - Vorchdorf
OÖVV bus route 503 (Sattledt -) Steinerkirchen/Traun - Fischlham - Lambach
by bike:
Coming from Wels or Linz on the R 4 Traunradweg or R6 Römerradweg or from Gmunden on the R 4 Traunradweg or from Passau via Vöcklabruck and Schwanenstadt on the R 6 Römerradweg to Edt bei Lambach, over the Traun bridge and via Fischlham to Steinerkirchen an der Traun.
From Bad Wimsbach-Neydharting via Hafeld to the road to Fischlham, turn right towards Steinerkirchen. Also via the cycle connection from the R 11 Almtalradweg from Almsee via Pettenbach, briefly onto the R 13 Traunviertlerradweg to Einsiedlung and then via Vorchdorf to Bad Wimsbach-Neydharting.
