The house is aesthetically and comfortably furnished and has an open plan living and dining area with a kitchen including a dishwasher. The house has two bedrooms – one with a queen-sized bed and one with 2 bunk beds. The washing machine is located in the bath room. A terrace in the garden (little barbecue) as well as a car parking space are ready for your use. The house has a living area with ca. 50 qm. So it is small but very nice.

- The house is available all year round and has 4 beds. It can basically be rented for several months. Here then arises an individually negotiated rental price.
- The price per week (7 nights) is between 490,- € and 690, - € irrespective of the number of occupied beds.
- The house can be rented for 3 nights or more. The rent is then 140, - € per night, also independent of the number of occupied beds.
- The final cleaning is 60, - €.
- Bed and table linen as well as towels and tea towels are included in the price.
- The city tax is not included in the price.
- After booking confirmation, please provide half of the rent as deposit and transfer within one week. The remaining amount is then to be transferred no later than one week before the start of the trip.

turn right onto Ebenzweierstraße (direction Bahnhof)
keep left and drive into Maximilianstraße (continue towards the train station)
At the crossroad turn left into the Großalmstraße
in the 3. (small!) entrance between the houses turn left before the bus stop (dead end)
Turn right here. The house is at the end of the small driveway.
