The modernly furnished, 100 m² holiday flat "Zeit am See", is located on the first floor.

The flat is equipped with a large fully equipped kitchen incl. dining area, living room with pull-out couch, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with bathtub and shower, WC and terrace.

Of course, we also offer free Wi-Fi, cable TV and various board games for the children. A special highlight is our chalk wall, where every guest can immortalise himself!

A large garage (70 m²) for 2 cars (max. car height 193 cm), bicycles, e-bikes, stand up paddle, etc. is also at your disposal.

From here you can start all your adventures, with or without a car, summer or winter, spring or autumn! Or, simply forget about time at the lake and let your soul dangle!

THE LAKE CHALET

The Seechalet contains the following rooms:

The Traunstein room with double bed, as well as a fully equipped bathroom.
The lake room with double bed, as well as a fully equipped bathroom
Spacious living room
The large glass front in the staircase provides the Seechalet with sufficient daylight. Kitchen (is fully equipped), living room and dining room form the living area.
Separate WC on the ground floor
Laundry room incl. washing machine and dryer are available.

Checkin & Checkout
The Seechalet is ready for you from 15:00 on the day of arrival. The keys are handed over in a key safe. This means you can arrive at any time of day you wish. You will receive more information about this by e-mail when you book.
We kindly ask you to check out by 9:30 a.m. on the day of departure. If you would like a late check-out (subject to a surcharge), please request this in good time.
