The holiday home is located in the hiking area of Gmunden on the eastern shore of Lake Traunsee with direct access to the private bathing area at the foot of the Traunstein. It is located 5km from the centre of Gmunden and is the excellent starting point for numerous hiking, mountaineering and climbing opportunities.
The house is newly renovated and furnished and has 2 double and 1 single room, as well as a sofa bed in the living room, 1 bathroom with WC and fully equipped kitchen.

The house is newly renovated and furnished and has 2 double and 1 single room, as well as a sofa bed in the living room, 1 bathroom with toilet and fully equipped kitchen. (no dishwasher and washing machine yet).
It has a large garden and direct access (across the road ) to the private bathing area with in-house buoy. The large terrace and garden with a view of the Traunstein and the Traunsee is equipped with comfortable loungers and a seating area. Further sunbeds, as well as parasols are available for the bathing area.
The house is fully heatable with oil central heating and therefore also well suited for autumn hiking weeks or idyllic winter holidays.
- Further equipment: TV, W-Lan, hairdryer, bathrobes, bed linen + towels, Nespresso machine.
- Pets welcome. Final cleaning 3 Euro/ pet/ per day will be charged locally.
- Private beach with buoy available free of charge.
