The house has the old name “Beringerhaus am Kallbach”. It's been in our family for centuries. Now it is newly renovated and available to holiday guests. From the terrace you have a wonderful view of the lake. It is 400 m from the bathing area. There are plenty of opportunities for walking, mountain hiking and cycling in the surrounding area. Directly next to the house, the Kallbach runs on our property with a small waterfall and an idyllic stream. The three chickens in the front yard lay large, brown eggs. The newly renovated ground floor is rented with a bedroom, living room with 2 sofa beds, fully equipped kitchen, guest toilet and bathroom with shower and another toilet. The house is completely underfloor heated. In winter there is also a cozy tiled stove available. The house is designed for 2 - 4 people.

The house is designed for 2 - 4 guests. At least 2 overstitches. Breakfast and other meals are not provided, but can of course be prepared in the holiday home. The rent can be paid in cash, as an instant bank transfer or via PayPal. Credit cards cannot be used. There are 2 new e-bikes available, which can also be rented with helmets for a fee.
