We welcome every new guest and always prepare the apartment as if we were the tenants ourselves. And if something is missing or the guest isn't happy with the duvet, please let us know immediately so we can fix it .

We rent a small, cozy apartment (66m²) on the ground floor of our house with a separate, illuminated entrance for exclusive use. The apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen with a view of the surrounding mountains, a living room with a seating and dining area, and a comfortable sofa that can be used as a sleeping area for children or friends. The bedroom has a double bed and a large wardrobe for longer stays (in this case, clothes can be laundered upon request for a small contribution to our grandchildren's piggy bank). Blackout blinds installed on each window promise a restful sleep. The bathroom is directly adjacent to the bedroom and consists of a large shower, a vanity, a bathroom shelf, and a toilet. Hand towels, bathrobes, and bed linen are available to our guests free of charge. A parking space is reserved for you in front of the house and is free of charge. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, but there is a garden area with seating in front of the entrance ☺️

We provide our guests with bed linen and towels free of charge. Shower gel, shampoo, and soap are also provided in the bathroom. We've provided a vanity mirror for the ladies. My wife often criticizes this in hotels .

/The apartment is a non-smoking area. However, smoking is permitted outside.
Partys and visitors are not permitted. Pets and children are also unfortunately not allowed.
The final cleaning fee is €30.00 per stay. A local tax of €2.40 per person per night is also charged.
Due to scheduling constraints, cancellations are only possible free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. Otherwise, the full amount is due. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Accessibility / arrivalTake the A1 motorway exit Laakirchen West. Turn left into Gmundener Straße B 144. After approximately 750 m, turn right towards Ohlsdorf. After approximately 4 km in the Ohlsdorf area, turn left towards Unterthalham/Hochbau. After approximately 400 m, keep left at the fork towards Unterthalham.
The house is on the right after approximately 700 m.
The key handover will be followed by a personal greeting . An approximate arrival time would, of course, be very helpful.
