Almtaler Märchensommer: The song of the senavogel

A fine selection of alpine folk and magic tales
for children from 7 years and adults,
spiced up with fine yodels to sing along to
with Helmut Wittmann (A) and Momo Heiß (D)

The magic fairy tale "Vom Senavogel" was decisive in UNESCO's inclusion of fairy tales in its list of intangible cultural heritage. On this evening, you can hear this tale by Helmut Wittmann, but also such crazy stories as "Von der årmen Goaß, die von der Welt nix woaß" and the mythical folk tale "Vom Wunderbaum".
Momo Heiß not only spices up the stories with the sound of her natural instruments, such as the walking stick flute and the kigonki. She also knows how to impress as a storyteller.
Together they sing one or two simple yodels in two voices. The audience is cordially invited to sing along.

If the weather is fine, the event will take place in the open air of the wildlife park.
If it rains, we will use the hall of the Citizen Science Center in the Wildpark.

A shuttle bus is available at 18:45 from the Grünau village square to the wildlife park and back again at 21:45 after the event. If you would like a ride, please reserve one by August 7 at the latest! CONTACT
