The Genussroas in Vorchdorf invites you to a special culinary walk, where everything revolves around regional game enjoyment, genuine craftsmanship and convivial moments - atmospherically accompanied by the music of Traunsee³.

The starting point is the Museum of the Vorchdorf Region in the Kitzmantelfabrik.
Here you will be warmly welcomed with fine starters from the Pöll butcher's shop, partner company of Schmecktakuläres Almtal , and an aperitif from HerWeinspaziert - the perfect start to an enjoyable evening.

The route then takes you along the idyllic Laudach and across the Schlossplatz square in Vörchdorf to Jo's Restaurant, where head chef Jochen Neustifter, also a partner business of Schmecktakuläres Almtal, has prepared a sophisticated intermediate course for you with two types of game ravioli (forest & lake) with fir tree top foam.

The next hearty highlight of the Genussroas awaits you at the Ziegelböck farm tavern, run by siblingsIngrid and Franz Ziegelböck, partners of Schmecktakuläres Almtal:
an aromatic venison ragout from Vorchdorfer Maibock with napkin dumplings, which impressively demonstrates the diversity of regional game cuisine.

In the evening, we will round off the enjoyable Roas with a cocktail or mocktail at the afterhour in the Gatsby, an excellent bar in Vorchdorf.
