MANUFACTURED – Artists in Residence AoCG 2026

MANUFACTURED focuses on the act of making itself: on the interplay of materials, knowledge, technology, and artistic decision-making.

The exhibition features works by five international artists created during their residency at the Gmundner Keramik Manufaktur.

Jacob Bartmann (DE/AT), Onka Allmayer-Beck (AT), Chiau-Syuan Chai (TW/DE), and Nataliya Zuban (UA/NL) engage their artistic practices in dialogue with the artisanal expertise and local production conditions. Thomas Marseiler (IT/AT) worked at the partner institution, the New Taipei City Yingge Ceramics Museum in Taiwan.
