The Austrian Romantic Road enables cultural and culinary travel between Salzburg and Vienna. The track offers an overwhelming abundance of big and small attractions. UNESCO World Heritage Sites, such as the Baroque and Festival City of Salzburg, Hallstatt or the pile dwellings on Lake Mondsee, are on the way as well as the unique cities of the summer resort idyll Salzkammergut.
