The good public mobility offer in the Traunsee-Almtal region has been expanded and extended to the Salzkammergut thanks to the initiative of the Traunsee-Almtal tourism association. The Salzkammergut Shuttle Service of the Traunsee-Almtal region runs on 15 routes daily from 07.00 to 22.00 hrs to the most beautiful excursion destinations around the Traunstein to provide you with easy and climate-friendly mobility in the region even without your own car when travelling by public transport.
Price per journey: € 6.00 per person*
*Standard fare, discounts on short journeys and with the KlimaTicket variants Upper Austria and KlimaTicket Austria
Family ticket at 9,-€/ride
Climate ticket holders travel at half price! With the Upper Austrian leisure ticket also at half price!
Registration for small groups and families of 5 to max. 8 people at least one day in advance. The partner companies of the Traunstein Taxi are travelling with taxi cars for a maximum of 4 people.

Project Traunstein Taxi receives VCÖ Mobility Award Upper Austria 2021
