We are still slaughtering ourselves!
Our slaughterhouse complies with the latest EU directives and therefore we can guarantee first-class quality and freshness of our products.
All meat from our butchery, whether pork, beef, veal, lamb or game comes exclusively from producers in the Almtal valley. We can prove the origin of each piece exactly. Our 75 different types of sausage of our own production are made exclusively from meat from local farmers.
