We discovered our passion for high-quality meat and sausage specialties over 20 years ago. In 2012 we then fulfilled our dream and opened our own meat shop in the middle of the picturesque Almtal. Since then we have only processed the best meat from the region into countless high-quality specialties. In addition to highland cattle, pork, veal and lamb, we naturally also process fresh game on a regular basis. In addition, we are constantly working on new recipes for delicious treats.
Every Monday, the farmers from the region bring the animals to our slaughterhouse. As we only slaughter animals from local farmers, the transport times are particularly short and the animals are not exposed to any stress. The rough cutting for sausage production will take place on Tuesday. The pigs lambs, calves and cattle are cut and packed as required for the wage processing of the farmers. On Wednesdays and Thursdays we produce high quality meat and sausage specialties for our customers in the catering and food retail trade all day long. From Thursday to Saturday, we take care of further fine-cutting for sale in our shop.
